Case Adhesive evaluation: Media-resistant glass/metal adhesive
Traditionally, metal fittings on shower and bathroom walls are attached mechanically. This makes cleaning difficult and requires extensive mechanical work (drilling). Attaching the hinges drill-free with adhesive bonds eliminates these disadvantages and even yields superior esthetic results.
In an environment that is constantly wet and exposed to cleaning agents, glass/metal bonds must meet the most stringent requirements. Static loads are high, and only bonds of durable quality that resist ageing will stand the test.
